Persons with disabilities have so much talent to showcase to the public. By affirming their positive traits rather than their disabilities, we are creating awareness that uplifts society’s perception towards persons with disabilities. Their inclusion in the official events of the Bantayog Festival is the right approach to empower PWDs and a chance to prove their positive contribution to the premier festival of the province. Hence, this institution has then conducted PWDs Got Talent and Outstanding PWD Awards last April 19, 2023, at Central Plaza Atrium from 1:00 – 5:00 PM

The event commenced by first introducing the program hosted by Host Quill and Jessa Mae Braga. As usual, Dr. Rex Bernardo gave away his introductory message with regards to how the office maintain its thrust to promote the capacity of the sector. Thereafter, the judges of Got Talent were established and known to the audience, especially the contenders.  Judges are Mr. John Cayetano Pineda, Ms. Rica Mae Villasana, and Mr. John Karl Dingle. Subsequently, the finalist contenders performed and gave their fullest potential during their performance for the PWD Got Talent Finals. It was then followed by the awarding of the Outstanding PWDs.
