The Camarines Norte Persons with Disability Affairs Office is continuously deliberating the thrust to support all the undertakings promoting respect for Person with Disability and implementation of their rights. In celebration of the 45^th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week, this institution has then conducted an Inclusive Governance, Agriculture, and Communal Farming at Roadhouse Inn, Café, and Grill Basud, Camarines Norte last July 13, 2023.

The event was graced by Executive Director, Engr. Joniro F. Fradejas of the National Council on Disability Affairs, Mr. Randy D. Calseña, Regional Programs Coordinator, NCDA, Ms. Delfina J. Baquir, Regional Programs Coordinator, NCDA, and Mr. Errol G. Barba, Project Support Staff, NCDA. The advancement of democratic principles, such as peaceful pluralism, tolerance for variety, human rights, and equality before the law, depends on inclusive governance.

The event commenced with an overview of the inclusive governance a lecture delivered by Mr. Randy Calseña and a consultation with Executive Director Joniro Fradejas where all the confusions, concerns are addressed by the respective PDAO designates, and Federation Presidents, all of these have then given a clarification and answer by MR. Fradejas. In the afternoon inclusive agriculture and communal farming are both delivered by Ms. Delfina Baquir and Mr. Errol Barba where they discussed its potential and capacity to growth is very promising.  Thus, the event is fruitful and meaningful that all participants are able to gain more knowledge that will probably be a help for them.
