Naval, Extension Services Director of the said Education Institution and the trainer in the Training Design activity. She discussed the basic elements and key benefits of marketing relevance to business growth of the livelihood program of CNPWD Coop. Dr. Naval helped the participants on defining their target market, understanding consumer behavior, and developing a value proposition. Through these they also unleashed the key benefits of marketing which are to increase brand awareness and recognition, drive sales and revenue growth, enhance customer loyalty and retention and lastly, to improve competitiveness of their products. Along with these, marketing relevance to their livelihood program was also tackled. Some of this is identifying the best channels for promoting the programs, building a strong online presence through social media and other digital platforms, and tracking & measuring the effectiveness of their marketing efforts. All in all, the training was successful, and the participants were informed about the importance of marketing and how it can contribute to the growth of their livelihood programs. Closing remarks were delivered by Mr. Angeles M. Asay, CBPA Faculty.

The training is an avenue for the CNPWD Coop members to extend their hands in understanding and contributing in the attainment of a more sustainable livelihood program for PWDs here in Camarines Norte.
